Will it pickup manure and wet spots in stalls?
Yes, all models pick up manure in stalls with minimal loss of bedding material, and the wet patches are gone in seconds.
Will it pick up manure in long grass? Yes, all models
are powerful enough to pick up manure from the longest grass
Can it pick up
fresh manure? Yes, new or old manure isn't a problem.
How
do I clean the hose and machine? We recommend cleaning the hose by vacuuming the water out of a five
gallon bucket and rinsing the inside of the machine with your garden hose.
Is
it easy to start? Yes, all models require just a light pull to start.
How
long does the fuel last? That is dependent on the engine speed you are using, anywhere from 1 to 3
hours in most circumstances.
How do I empty it? Unclip the rear door and
tip it all the way over. The Maxi Vac and Paddock vac can be dumped while still attached to the towing vehicle.
The Yard Vac does not have a towing hitch, but is dumped in the same way.
What
can I use to tow the Maxi Vac and Paddock Vac? They can be towed by riding mowers, four wheelers, utility
vehicles (gators, mules, rangers, etc), golf carts, and small tractors.
Can
I pick up manure without getting off the towing vehicle? Yes, the Maxi Vac and Paddock Vac are designed
to be used while seated on the towing vehicle. In some cases additional hose may be required to make this easier.
Are additional lenghts of hose available? Yes, additional
lengths of hose are available for purchase. We we would be happy to work with you to meet your custom hose needs.
What happens if I pick up debris? Nothing...because nothing
but air passes through the motor, you will not harm your machine.
Where can I get spare parts? Our machines are made in America and all parts are readily available in our warehouse.
What
if the motor breaks down? Local authorized warranty repair shops or your local small engine repair
facilities can do any needed repairs or routine maintenance.
